I will present a generating function for the loop-integrands of all four-point functions of protected single-trace operators in $\mathcal{N}=4$ SYM. This function enjoys a ten-dimensional symmetry that combines spacetime and the internal R-charge symmetries. By considering a 10D light-like limit I will establish a relationship between the simplest four-point correlators (octagons) and four-particle amplitudes. --- Part of the London Integrability Journal Club.
